It is just a reaction certain people will always make. I am not saying everyone can't be helped because people are diverse and you can help some learn to put off the attackers. The problem is there are always going to be ones in the herd who are prey. So you have to do more things to make them safe because they do not deserve to be attacked from a moral and ethical standpoint.

It is great that it is offered and encouraged, but I think we need to look at some better ways we might stop this before it happens. Maybe changing the idea that success in life is related to how many people you can see naked and sleep with? That attachment starts somewhere and if we change how we define things so that sex and naughty bits are not so hooked into who we are, we might change the direction of those obsessed with making it to something a little less damaging to other people.
