I don't think it's wrong to celebrate the death of a terrorist.

Agreed but unfortunately they are in NY. :(

Also. Rereading my post I feel it necessary to point out that when I talk about my partner’s college I mean the place they are teaching/getting their PhD in Machine Language Learning (branch of AI). I’m not dating a Federal Farmer here.

An Iranian chef/social media personality posted on Instagram his favorite Kotlet recipe three days ago and he’s been arrested and his restaurant closed.

Sounds like a good celebration and way to bond with the people and enjoy some good food to me.

There are over 100 dead, apparently from bombs left in waste bins and detonated remotely. Netanyahu is desperate to escalate, so his guys are prime suspects.

^^^As I said in the other thread, this was inevitable given the escalation in the Red Sea. There will be more to come.

Supposedly, the Iranians were aiming for some Kurds in the area, not the US embassy.

I'm having a hard time believing that Mossad could have a place in Iraq. Not that they wouldn't like to, but just that if they did have one, it'd probably be so secret that even the US didn't know about it. Though, I suppose it is possible the Iraqis didn't know about it and the US did, which leads one to wonder how the Iranians found out about it. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the massive amounts of classified documents that were stored in random places in Mar-a-Lago.

This is Kurdistan like you said. So while I'm not fully au fait with the political situation there, I do know that the Kurds are a lot more likely to turn a blind eye to Mossad than the Iraqi central government is.

We need to send Trump over there in person to stop this. He says he is the best, so let us see him in action. I am sure glorious cheeto leader does not need any more than a golf cart and his two boys to solve this whole thing, so we should immediately put him over there. I am thinking just in case there is any potential problem with violent terrorists stopping him we send him with the crack team of the MTG family. They can also choose as many hoss types as they want to assist them.

If that doesn't work, maybe we drop Ted Cruz and Vivek Ramaswamy on them. I am willing to keep throwing repugs at them until the problem is solved.

Let's go one further - Trump hates military folk who are "losers" for getting killed in battle. So, we let him win the Presidency right now, no contest. But... the next time ANY military action is needed by the US - decision left to the generals, not the CinC - Trump goes. With the same sort of gear Rambo might have available, if he can carry it.

The strikes are both aimed at supposed 3rd parties operating out of the other's territory. This is posturing, nothing more.

In the meanwhile US warships launched their 4th round of strikes, taking out 14 Iranian provided missile launchers in Houthi controlled Yemen territory.

And Pakistan has nukes. Might get interesting, in the "Chinese curse" sense of the word.

They've already kissed and made up, as I said. Just posturing - neither side wants a war. Iran in particular would be in trouble over that.
