It really is time to stop focussing on reducing emissions as we have ultimately failed to do that and it is not happening. We really need to create a tax for industry and commerce globally that will be put towards development of technology and projects to actively remove CO2 and methane from the air.

I think we can start by seizing all the profits of oil, coal, and gas companies around the world and making it not profitable to use oil anymore. I am not saying not use it anymore as we need it for the crossover we have been denying. I am saying business should no longer profit from the production of the oil and natural gas because they have had a good run and we need that profit to be put into climate saving efforts.

Since people who are rich from oil and gas profits are the scum of the earth, if they complain we just kill them and their resource using people which would also reduce pollution by eliminating worthless life.

Oh, and if they have defenders like libertarians @Uncle Albert and @Steal Your Face who are bothered by us killing them we can also kill the poor people who have that mental problem so they are not sad.
