You used up all your Karma, Raider. That dropped Horn interception at the end? The Matt Williams story? Orakpo going out of the game? Karma's angel of death is coming, and he's wearing a black visor.
You think we played above our heads? Ya we did. But it was the KU blood bath that gave us the confidence to do what we did. How confident do you think we are now, on our field? You're done. OSU shouldn't even bother showing up. Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.
Texas was confident too. It's a good thing you're going to the game, Graham may need a hug afterwards. Lord knows Colt looked like he needed one.

Wow. congrats to Texas Tech! Didn't think they could pull it out, but they did. Gonna take a slide rule to figure out who wins the Big XII South this year. It's just one excellent team after another!
Here is a full version of my AV and my prediction of what's going to happen on Saturday night, I had to drop some frames to make it fit under the 400kb size the board allows.
Sorry Flow, but Zac "Jazz Hands" Robinson just isn't a very intimidating opponent. He's not the Joker, he's more like Mr Freeze-up-when-the-pressure's-on.
I wouldn't get so cocky there, Tex. State has one weapon that Texas didn't. Kendall Hunter. Kendall Hunter can score--slowly. Keep Harrell off the field for long stretches of time. Gosh, I do hope the Red Raiders are feeling cocky. Very, very cocky.
I don't care one way or the other about which team wins between Tech and OSU, but while I was watching the Longhorn loss last Saturday and they showed a cutaway of the Red Raider sideline, I thought "God bless Texas!" The state. Not the team. Don't you agree that if Texas Tech were located in any other state, the mascot would have had his big foam rubber six-shooters taken away due to political correctness?
Scooter, Pistol Pete's packin, and they ain't foam rubber. And they're loaded. In fairness he does carry an orange plastic pistol for bowl games, NCAA tourney games, etc. Never at home, and I'd doubt tonight.
Well, the TT v. OSU feud is mostly between Flow and Tex, but since I got my master's degree at OSU, I do have a stake in this thing. Basically, I see this as a game that boils down to home-field advantage. The teams are probably fairly evenly matched, but down there in Lubbock, with all the crazed drunken hillbillies filling the stands and their goats and sheep parked outside, I'm having trouble seeing the Cowboys coming away with the big "W." And let's not forget the home-cooked officiating, something the Sooners have been on the bad end of down there. Three caveats - 1. A Tech let-down after the apocalyptic Longhorn game, could the Red Roosters be too emotionally drained? 2. Tech overlooks the Cowboys, consumed with doubt/worry that they're going to face utter annihilation in Norman next week? 3. OSU has surprised me once already, going to a very hostile Faurot Field in prime time and beating my Mizzou Tigers. Tech now is operating under the delusion that they're a team of destiny, and tonight the psychosis will be in full bloom. Unfortunate for them that Dr. Gundy will be packing orange & black straightjackets. OSU, 42-35.
The only thing that concerns me about tonight is that OSU is the trendy pic, but the days of either team sneaking under the rader have passed. Some of Gundy's best coached games have come against Leach, so who knows what will happen. Even though high scoring seems the obvious line of thought, I'll say OSU 30 Tech 28.
Right, Tex. In all seriousness, if O-State doesn't shoot itself in the foot, they're capable of winning. They've got to score---but not too quickly. Keep Hunter on the field and keep Harrell off. That's not to say I'm 100 percent sure OSU will win. Of course not. I've been kvetching all morning that I wish we played Tech in Stillwater and OU, which will be an easier game IMO, in Norman. The schedule has not favored OSU this year. Gosh, it's sure nice to have Iowa State, Baylor, and Colorado at home. A balanced offensive attack tonight is the key for OSU. Successful isn't enough. It must be balanced and successful. I think our defense is better than Tech's, but their quarterback is a little better than Zach Robinson. It's gonna be a barn burner. OSU has got to keep its cool. If they keep their cool and don't unravel they can win this game. They held up pretty well in Austin, which is much bigger and louder. I'm hoping the Tech players drank the koolaid, got cocky, and a had a nice long week of partying. From your mouth to God's ears.
MSU won again today That moves us up to 9-2 overall, 6-1 in the conference. We've had a great season so far, aside from one really botched game (vs Ohio State). We are up to #18 in the the rankings, and #2 in the Big Ten. Only person ahead in the big ten right now is #3 Penn State... who we will play in two weeks. We have a bye week next weekend, so let's hope MSU can upset Penn State, take the Big Ten championship, and get a good bowl game out of the deal.
Neither Tech nor OSU are clearly the better team tonight. I hope that home field advantage is enough like it was versus Texas. I'm just glad we have OSU in Lubbock and OU in Norman and not the other way around. Tonight will probably be OSU's last loss this season.
God bless Penn State. I want this win tonight, dammit. I want O-State to face Bama in a title game. Criminy crap, I can't believe LSU threw an endzone interception in overtime. Sheeeeeesh.....after blocking that field goal in regulation. That's the kind of nightmarish, knife the in heart loss I fear tonight. You kept your cool in Austin, Cowboys. You can do this. Lubbock's smaller.
