2nd time: Except I didn't quote anyone the law. I made a very clear distinction between legal and moral positions. I.E. I admitted he would legally get away with it but that it was morally wrong to chase someone for blocks, start a second confrontation, and then execute him.

It's a crap-shoot! One punch can kill but several guys can attack somebody and literally (happened to a bud of mine - what a disgusting mess) kick the
shit out of them and they survive with no ill effects. That said, you the puncher are ultimately responsible for your actions.

Interesting side note - guy I knew in the Air Force had a brother in The Marines who got killed by getting hit with a wooden chair from behind.
A metal screw from the chair went into his head or an artery or something and killed him.

So the next time you watch a Western or action movie yuck it up over the bar-room brawl scenes. BTW throwing somebody thru a window head-first tends to cut them to ribbons, possibly fatally.
