For the record, anyone know the story on the Ceti Alpha V alliance? It seems...odd. They showed up out of nowhere at a crucial point in the game, when extra turns for scouting would've come in handy, and I can't seem to match them to any WFers. Could they have been...DUALS!?
I think it's time for Nick or Elwood to be checking the logs and see if those guys have been sending credits/messages to anyone.
I don't see why, its not as if they've been particularly effective. I did 90% of the Fleet's recon myself, and Elwood and Nick were the primary financiers. If they weren't helping us, they sure as hell didn't do anyone else any good.

I have no duals, i have had and dont intend to have any fights, i never mine or lay fighters in anywhere, and i have no enemies But i do have 80 planets and 117 billion colonists
