If the consequences of being gay was that @Dayton3 felt uncomfortable, then we would all be gay - just for the hell of it!

We are all entitled to an opinion whether it's based on science or faith. In the future, it would be more intellectually honest to just admit that gay people give you an icky feeling and you believe in your heart that it's wrong. Pretending to be ok with it as long as it stays hidden might sound like a more PC statement in your mind, but it's actually a lot harder to respect than someone who just faithfully believes that it is wrong even though it's found in the nature that God created, along with a myriad of other examples of weird gender and sex-related stuff.

Situational homosexuality is a horribly misleading name, imo. Your sexuality is who you're attracted to, not who you are having sex with. Regarding the whole prison situation, it is absolutely possible for a person to have sex with someone of the same gender for the sake of convenience, just as a desperate guy would have sex with an unfortunate looking woman if that was his only option. That doesn't mean his preference isn't beautiful women.

The situational homosexuality argument is bollocks anyway. What it is is situational sexual relief...and it has be resoundingly established that it is not comparable to homosexuality or bisexuality in situations where there is sexual freedom. Furthermore, it is ignorance of anything other than heterosexuality that presumes that homosexuality or bisexuality is only about sex and sexual desire. This, of course, absolutely false. Indeed, the complexity of gender identity and both sexual and romantic attraction for transgender people demonstrably shows that it's not simply about choosing a type of sex to have as Dayton and his bible bashing kind would have us believe.

Given all of Dayton's expression and disgust about homosexuality, not to mention the hate and aversion he spouts, there is indeed a very strong possibility and indicator that he himself has repressed homosexual urges.

There are numerous studies and indicators that those who express strong disgust and hatred of homosexuals, are themselves homosexual and are expressing an outward hatred for what they actually feel for themselves due to feelings of guilt and aversion to themselves.

I mean, there are those that "experiment" in college but who the actual fuck would choose to be gay in the Deep South or Uganda or Saudi Arabia? Why would someone like Nova proclaim to be a woman when she struggled with finding decent employment even as her birth gender?

Even if they are unmarried, and he hates the idea of sex outside of marriage almost as much as he hates the idea of homosexual sex. So he's trying to use sins as weapons, just like he tries to use the mods as weapons. He's hoping he can cause others to have premarital sex, to increase his own chance of getting into so called heaven.
