As stated earlier, the Clintons have a machine that is equal to or better than the Pubs...according to Volpone, they KILL their enemies. I'm taking a life insurance policy out on Karl Rove :ramen:

If there are a lot of people out there like me (and really, how can there not be? ;) ), then a lot of people look fonder on the name "Clinton" now than back then. Nothing would undermine that sentiment more than to drag that machine out again :marathon:

    1. Hell no.
    2. Last Democrat that tried that succeeded soooooooooooo well.
    3. double-hell-no.
    4. Depending on what he means by that...maybe.

    On balance - pass.

I like that, ending the shame of poverty.

Not that there will be less of it, mind you, just that there will be less stigma attached. :)

Got the same problem with Edwards now as I did then - overall I like the guy, but how about spending a little time in office to get an idea of how to actually govern before we give you access to the football.

IIRC he's served one term in higher office. He's young, let him get some more experience and then I'd consider it.

Some thoughts on self replicating irony...

That fight has been waged for decades in New Orleans, look at all the success it's had. :garamet:

Really, considering that if global warming were happening saving New Orleans is a moot point. :garamet:

How many people work for oil companies in New Orleans and Loiusiana as a whole? :garamet:

The Democrats are gonna hitch thier wagon to this My Little Pony?

Reminds me of the time he came to town. I took what would've been great shots, but the sky being dark grey and the crowd jostling me, ruined a ton of photos.

Two decent photos (one with my damn finger :garamet: ), one showing a disturbing face. *shudder*

So in other words, some guy with slick hair and a southern accent comes around and you just melt.

Why Miss Scarlett, I woulda thought you'd learned your lesson with Mista Rhett!

Well, he's done about as much for the people of New Orleans as he has for us here in NC. Its good that the dems decided to run a proven loser. This guy was a trial lawyer and gets payed by the trial lawyer lobby. He is hollow and is preying on the poor.
