My workplace is all about results. Preform and you stay, slack and you're gone. Because the work is usually extremely physical in nature, anyone that stays tends to prove themselves pretty quickly.
Like any other job, my workers are required to be 100% sober while at work. If they can't do that they are fired. Showing up hungover will get you fired too.
