$50 Billion? That's a whole lot of taxpayer money to pour into a company that's been on the decline for decades. How does this affect you Chris?
Well I wish Chris luck....but at the same time I hope this deals a severe blow to the UAW...who had more than a small hand in this.
Seriously, there is more than enough blame to go around between the UAW and GM management on this. Me? I'm pulling for Chris to get re-located to Bowling Green and a top spot on the 'Vette line.
I notice they don't talk about the government buying "preferred stock" any more. I guess that's a thing of the past.
Wow... I wonder if this will result in the pushback of the Chevy Volt. I'd really like to see that car hit the road next year.
He'll have to start hustling $20 blowjobs in the alley behind the local gay bar. Hopefully the competition doesn't create a price war or he and Nick are both screwed.
Chris, I need somebody dependable who can wash my truck. Someone familiar with the nooks and crannies of American built gas guzzlers. Interested?
"clap......clap......clap clap clap, clap clap........ Car wash! Workin' at the carwash, yeah!" Do I smell a "Carwash" remake? If so, I smell Oscar Awards! :IMHO!:
Not at all. They spend all this time negotiating and scheduling these things ahead of time. It wasn't the best possible outcome, but it was the expected outcome.
