Demi, that's not a sex act. It's from an episode where the character failed to read the terms and conditions of an apple product and were forced to be turned into a Human CentIPAD. It was a satire and on point with your thread.

It'd be a shame to have one of our better posters leave, but I can't agree that the image needs to be taken down.

Everyone's already said it, but that image came from a TV show on Comedy Central, so it's passed FCC standards. And it's a freakin' cartoon. And it's satire. And it fits the thread topic. And it's in the Red Room. So no, we won't be removing it.

Reported posts that don't need any action generally don't get a response. But if you need to see what the response was . . .

Was demiurge provided with access to the thread? Anyone who looks at shelter releases knows that most reported posts are ridiculous attempts at trolling by three particular posters. I agree that such reports don't warrant a response. But should somebody who doesn't fit that pattern receive no indication that the report was even reviewed? A simple "we looked at it and disagree," by PM would probably be sufficient.

Reported posts are never responded to. That's SOP. But at the same time, maybe Demi could have PM'd a mod about this pressing issue.

Too much effort in that. Have you seen the workload of the admins here? Too busy doing fuckall to have the 15 seconds necessary to send such a PM.

And god forbid some actual common sense be used. It has to be all or nothing. Either they respond to every single reported post or none of them.

Maybe one of the mods could do it. I realise Clyde's trolling schedule keeps him pretty busy, but perhaps Bailey has time.
