Guess mine works fine. Of course I use modern ammunition for it, because I'm lazy and don't want to have to worry about cleaning it right as soon as I get done shooting it. Also, brass casings are way better than steel casings. Packs a pretty nice wallop, too.

Yeah, maybe this one would be better for you until you learn how to form a cogent response in a discussion.

Now, be a good little puppet and do it again.

It's funny how you always have to try to get the last word in, even long after you've given up on pretending to have any kind of an argument.

With you it's always a pretend argument. You made your snide little comment about "collective guilt" when there was none in evidence in this thread, and you've been playing the fool ever since because you have no argument.

I wasn't making an argument, I was pointing out that you and everyone else who engages in assigning collective guilt are horrible people and hypocrites to boot.

School me here...what is "collective guilt?" I don't get the concept of guilt to begin with, but this must be guilt taken to a higher level.

There is no mention of collective guilt in this thread until your post.

Perhaps you'd like to talk about your own sense of guilt?

Basically in Garamet's feeble aged-mind and some other minds anyone who owns a gun is guilty of murder in this case. Even though you didn't even know the dead guy or the shooter for that matter existed in the first place. You're still guilty by just owning a gun.

It's when you blame an entire group for what individuals have done. Like say blaming all white people for slavery, or blaming the NRA and all gun owners for any crimes anyone might have committed using a gun. ;)

So you were just Making Shit Up. Got it.

How far back does history go for you? The 1960s are apparently taboo. How far beyond yesterday are you capable of comprehending?

It isn't just her and it isn't just limited to this thread, but in this thread there seems to be the suggestion that somehow all white people are responsible for the reprehensible acts committed during the fight for civil rights (apparently forgetting that there were plenty of white people who were on the side of equal rights for everyone, some of whom were killed over it). And all in a thread about a bunch of racists who couldn't even be arsed to look into what they were actually complaining about, and refuse to accept that they're wrong on multiple levels about it.

OMG! I took longer than a few minutes to respond, surely this means I was scared away and not doing something else with my time! After all, since you spend every waking moment here, that must mean everyone else does, right?

anyway thanks for explaining collective guilt. It sounds similar to "collective punishment" of which I experienced plenty in the military, and I don't care for it.
It's really the lazy way to try to get to the root of (and to solve) a problem.

In Post #200? I'd say that was a fair assessment. Now, would you like to say something of substance in this thread, even once?

Perhaps you can tell me what convinced you that I feel any collective guilt for the inter-tribal battles of my Celtic and Viking ancestors. Because, see, my people undoubtedly owned slaves that they captured during raiding parties on other Caucasian tribes. The earliest any of my people came to the U.S. was post-Civil War, and they settled in the Northeast. Bit of a challenge for someone like you who seems to believe history began the day he was born, but go for it.

    And on a not-unrelated topic: https://www.theguardian.com/science...k-black-skin-cheddar-man-dna-analysis-reveals

That's funny. I didn't see that suggestion at all. What I saw was someone saying black people should shut up and get over racial injustices of the past.

Exactly. Your habitual misrepresentation of other people's posts has nothing to do with any thread. But keep doing it, in case any n00b wants to understand the dynamic you're projecting.
