hey this is the USA - one of the highest incarceration rates in the world. Thus if yourself or someone in your family hasn't been arrested just hold tight - your time is coming!
Now take my county....please! 100,000 people. Let's say 50,000 are adults AKA the age you can be arrested and held in "big boy" jail.
