Do the 13th-15th Amendments (amend according to Merriam-Webster means ‘to change or modify (something) for the better’) to the US Constitution happen without Lincoln stomping down the Slavers’ Rebellion?
I’m not going to speculate on what could or couldn’t happen. The simple fact is that congress makes legislation.
Just make your best guess. If Lincoln hadn’t Dick-Stomped the Slavers would the Constitution have been changed via the 13th-15th amendments.
[Just a side note. I hope your High School has a debate club that you can join. Because you really suck at it. By responding BUT NOT responding you just give me the opportunity to make my point again… and again… and again. Next time I go from Dick-Stomped to Butt-Fucked and throw in Sherman and Grant and Lee and Jefferson Davis just to spice things up.]
You were seriously doing better when you weren't here. 12 days where you did not make a fool out of yourself. It was a new and intelligent you that did not self own multiple times daily.
C’mon Skippy…. You really want to keep going down this path? What’s the first rule of holes? DON’T ANSWER NOW. Take ten minutes in your room, you can take a book or an iPad with you, and then come back out when you’ve thought about how you want the rest of the night to go. I’ll set a timer for you and we talk about our needs for the rest of the night then.
Lincoln was also the head of the party, Mr. History. He inserted this clause in the 1864 Republican party platform: 3. Resolved, That as slavery was the cause, and now constitutes the strength of this Rebellion, and as it must be, always and everywhere, hostile to the principles of Republican Government, justice and the National safety demand its utter and complete extirpation from the soil of the Republic; and that, while we uphold and maintain the acts and proclamations by which the Government, in its own defense, has aimed a deathblow at this gigantic evil, we are in favor, furthermore, of such an amendment to the Constitution, to be made by the people in conformity with its provisions, as shall terminate and forever prohibit the existence of Slavery within the limits of the jurisdiction of the United States. The first two clauses were to defend the Union and defeat the Rebellion. He then was pivotal in finding the votes necessary to pass the Amendment, including offering patronage to those who would lose their seats if they voted in favor of the amendment. And when his political agents told him that it could not be done just a few days before the vote, he lost his temper for one of the few times in his career. He actually threatened them: "I leave it to you to determine how it shall be done; but remember that I am President of the United States, clothed with immense power, and I expect you to procure those votes.” They did so. It passed. He then signed the legislation, and the states ratified it. No one person had more to do with the passage of the 13th Amendment than Abraham Lincoln. But hey, I'll say this for you - you are consistent in your pigheadedness.

And he was never seen again. Because the name Federal Farmer stands for integrity. Not sadomasochistic self ownage.
It really depends on context. Sometimes it's a good idea to know exactly what kind of asshole you're dealing with. Clinical pedophilia (sexual attraction to pre-pubescent children), is usually (if not exclusively) compulsive, and not everyone acts on it. While any adult who fucks a young child is a monster, I have nothing against non-offending pedophiles, and I wish they were more able to seek out help. Ephebophiles are attracted to people who more or less have adult bodies, but choose to focus on the youngest they can get away with because they're more naive and easier to manipulate. Generally, it's not compulsive. Hebephilia is usually an overlap of the other two and not as much of a distinct category. Pedophilia is primarily a mental illness, ephebophilia is primarily asshole. I'll take a gold-star (non-offending) pedophile over a typical ephebophile any day. As for the "technically it's ephebophilia..." people, they're generally implying "...and therefore I've done nothing wrong." The first part I have no argument with. The second part, though... not being a compulsive child fucker absolutely does not excuse other forms of predatory sexual behavior. Also, a 35-year-old fucking a 15-year-old is entirely different than a 35-year-old fucking a six-year-old. Whenever I see someone calling an adult trying to pick up high-schoolers a "pedophile," I think either a) they don't know what they're talking about, or b) they're trying to leverage the scariness of the word and misapply it in a "everyone who does sex stuff in ways I don't like is a pedophile" way. So, yeah, I'm not okay with conflating ephebophilia with pedophilia. Put me on a list. Instead of calling the "technically it's ephebophilia" crowd pedophiles, may I suggest calling them rapists instead? "Rapist" is a big, scary word too, and it's much more applicable.
