Biden isn't racist, and what he said wasn't proof of "racism." The spirit of what he said was that all kids are equal, all kids have equal potential for academic achievement, and underprivileged kids shouldn't be assumed to be less capable just because of their socioeconomic status.

But this is 2019 America and we're in yet another election cycle. So the name of the game is to find "gotcha" moments where political opponents and clickbait desperate 24/7 media can intentionally mischaracterize what someone says to create a provocative, misleading headline.
