Over the past 2 weeks I've been testing this new rep system out. As it used to stand, any time i wanted to negrep someone, or "disagree," the person tended to blow everything astronomically out of proportion followed by a very annoying troll thread about my mother or some such lameness.

Recently I have been able to disagree with a wider range of people without evoking some ridiculous response about how they didn't deserve the negrep (to include emotion-queens like **** and ****).

BLUF: The new system leaves people less butthurt and overall less annoying when trying to disagree with them.

You need unlimited 'disagree' like I do. They do whine after a while.

I'll raise this question again: now that negs are neutered, what is the point in keeping evenflow and Sokar set to max red?

Seems I can only "disagree" with people. Is that an expected consequence of my being in the red, or can it be fixed, even if has no "weight"?

Simple, I haven't had access to a stable computer other than my work laptop for the last 2+ weeks. Fortunately, that gets fixed this afternoon.

We made a guy that doesn't even own his own computer in descent working shape a tech admin?!

All mockery aside, I just finished upgrading all the hardware in my house, as did my roommates, with the new Intel Ivy Bridge chips. So the last couple weeks I've been getting my hands dirty setting up my home server, rebuilt gaming rig, work desktop, roommates computer, etc.

Keep in mind, the person who made this decision is the same person who came up with the new rep system being discussed in this thread.

No, my work laptop is my property. But it's not exactly fit to operate as a testbed server for the changes.
