Yeah, because "you haven't been paying attention" is totally an awesome argument. Keep being an apologist for the fascists. :techman:

People who support a law that requires everyone purchase a product or face a fine under threat of force, "for their own good" are supporting fascism.

And considering your history of making shit up about people, even when easily verified as false, you really shouldn't be saying shit about "facts". :garamet:

Okay, now that you've gotten that out of your system, you can refute Posts #146 and #147, right?

What's that? No, you can't? All right, then.

Are you going to continue being an apologist for fascism? All right, then.

Yeah I do. You're acting as an apologist for a law that robs people of their individual right to choose, and posits that they must pay a tax to have a pulse. Ergo you are an apologist for fascism. There is no ambiguity there - you support it, you're trying to mitigate it.

For the hundredth time, the law gives people more choice, not less. You are quite simply wrong about this.

Even if, for argument's sake, we take that at face value, and the IRS totally won't punish someone for refusing to pay what's been declared to be a tax by the Supreme Court, then all you've succeeded at doing is proving how completely pointless this law is, and how it again fails to "help" anyone, "for their own goo" or otherwise.

 By taking the choice to choose nothing off the table, you are robbing people of their freedom to choose for themselves. You simply can't get around that, no matter how crazy you try to get with the mental gymnastics.

You've got plenty of choices. Move to the Caymans or Somalia or some other country where you don't have to pay taxes. Try Switzerland, where the government's working to guarantee every citizen a $2,800 a month base income.

Or just whine about how persecuted you are on a message board.

Your spoiled, entitled ilk is enough to make me wonder if we shouldn't reinstate the draft. :bergman:

Or, elect politicians like Ted Cruz and Rand Paul. Elect only politicians like them. Get the Federal government back into the straitjacket it was supposed to have stayed in.

If Obama pushes through a law that makes it possible for the Feds to tax somebody for not being on them, then hands out waivers left and right, yes.

It's in your self-interest to give me your car. Don't dare argue that it isn't; like the Wise and All-Knowing Federals, I know what's in your self-interest better than you do.

So do you see the problem with that idea now? You know what's in your self-interest. No one else does. This is true of everyone.

Only if you're desperate, and I do mean desperate, to protect your idealized image of a wise and beneficent ruling class. But that's not what the Feds are. They're corrupt, greedy, stupid assholes who have a monopoly on force and are using it to take every dollar they can get and limit every personal choice they can.

Sorry, is that an answer to my question?

    http://www.jsonline.com/news/statep...ng-badgercare-plus-b99118405z1-227529991.html

    http://www.thereporter.com/ci_23351511/many-people-could-lose-their-health-insurance-policies

Now you can repeat a lie "for the hundredth time" or the hundred thousandth, but that won't change the fact that by imposing extra regulations that some providers don't meet -- even while those same providers are perfectly adequate in every meaningful way -- that knocks providers out of the business, which diminishes choice. Obamacare does not give people more choice.

I just posted links demonstrating why. Read them. Or don't read them. But your question's been answered already.

Wow. Thanks for taking a page from the conserva-tards and showing just how similar lib-tards can be to them when it's a form of fascism they agree with.
Wow, you just keep making yourself look more and more like what you claim to hate. And just think, not that long ago you were lecturing Dicky on that very subject. :diacanu:

Those articles really don't say what you think they say, because in each case, it's state governments fucking up or actively blocking implementation. Blame Scott Walker.
