Toddlers killed more Americans than terrorists in 2015.

So what? Islamic extremists have killed thousands in a single day.

And if you want to play the which-kills-more-people game: which kills more people, swimming pools or AR-15s?

And do you think this philosophy should apply to white nationalists and people who are labelled neo-Nazis?
    Exactly.

It definitely would, but Paladin isn't going for accurate comparisons. He's just trying to muddy the waters to justify his Nazi apologist arguments.

If I were in the middle east I would worry about ISIS a lot more than here in America. The extremists who are a problem to me here are the radical Christian and right wing Nazi types. There are just so many more of them and they are getting worse daily while ISIS is really not that present around here. Here in America crazy white racist boys are a big threat. That is always the way, and I could see the smoke on 9/11. The people who have been most problematic for me have always been racist and religious xenophobic whites. I have never had a problem with a Muslim or middle eastern person but I cannot count the number of times I have had trouble with white dudes because there have been so many. Every altercation I have ever had where someone else has fucked with me has been white people, except for one Puerto Rican woman.

not to promote math in the red room or anything, but how many known toddlers are in the US versus terrorists? And no doubt the toddler recruitment rate is steady from year-to-year & month-to-month for the most part. Terrorist recruitment is on an ebb-and-flow situation. Just sayin'

    Yes, seriously.

I simply don't follow the national news via normal news outlets (Fox News, MSNBC, CNN, etc.) anymore, and I don't even have TV in my house anymore.

Yes. Thank you. All I asked was for some sources, and I appreciate that you helped me out.

Paladin, you wear this sandwich board that says "Hitler was framed", 14thdoc, you wear this one that says "Al-Queda gets me hard", and both of you put on these dildo hats.

Is there even one case of a group of Americans marching in American streets under an al'Quaeda or ISIS flag?

Seems to me that if there were, they would definitely be monitored, and to pretend they wouldn't is disingenuous.

All the more insidious, because they're keeping a lower profile.
Monitored? Sure. At issue here is "treated like terrorists."

So what you are saying is your comparison is wrong. I agree.
I'm sorry. You are unsure whether members of al'Quaeda are treated like terrorists by the US?

No, my comparison is a pretty apt.

If we agree that white nationalists and neo-Nazis are prone to terrorism, and that Muslims with extremist views are prone to terrorism, then if we're to treat individuals in that first group as terrorists even if there's no indication they've done anything unlawful, then it follows we should treat the second group the same way.

What an incredibly weak attempt to muddy the waters. The text didn't say, anyone who shares any beliefs with Nazis. It said Nazis.

@Paladin i don’t think I’ve ever disagreed with you on anything so far, but it seems like you’re making moot points and at this point, I’m not really sure what the argument is anymore. Can you sum up what it is?

It said "white nationalists" and "neo-Nazis." It did not identify anyone in any particular group.

The resolution in Tennessee calls upon the authorities to treat white nationalists and neo-Nazis as terrorists. But for the government to treat someone as a terrorist, they have to actually, y'know, be guilty of terrorism, or shown to be actively planning it.

My analogy with Muslims with radical views is the exact same situation.

If you can justify treating ANY white nationalist as a terrorist because SOME white nationalists might be, then you should be able to justify treating ANY Muslim with radical views as a terrorist because SOME of them might be, too.

The Tennessee resolution is a pretty craven political attempt to conflate white nationalists with Nazis, and to subject the former--which is an exceedingly broad term--to government sanctions NOT because of any actual crimes committed, but because of political views they might have.

Okay, so it seems like some of it may be be a moot point.

Would it be fair to say that for example, a neo nazi that posts on storefront making racist remarks and threatening to kill Jews or what not is subject to monitoring by the FBI and/local law enforcement?

Furthermore, if said person shoots up a Jewish temple, should they be considered a terrorist should it be proved that their motive was polical?

Same goes for a Muslim. If a muslim does the same, are they a terrorist?

Lastly, if said person is spouting rhetoric and do not act on that, for whatever reason, are they terrorists?

Maybe he was referring to Feminazi (or the charicature of what they supposedly are)?

Funny thing, no one's using that phrase since Trump got elected. I guess the Alt Right don't want their heroes to be lumped in with feminism :diacanu:
