Prigozhin said that if Ukraine’s commanders withdrew their soldiers from the area around Bakhmut, he would give Kyiv information on Russian troop positions, which Ukraine could use to attack them. Prigozhin conveyed the proposal to his contacts in Ukraine’s military intelligence directorate, with whom he has maintained secret communications during the course of the war, according to previously unreported U.S. intelligence documents leaked on the group-chat platform Discord.

US weapons testing is going apace.

Russia has revealed evidence of wreckage of ADM-160B decoy missiles. Supposedly they can only be fired by the F-16 or B-52, but they are being used in Ukraine.

They present a false radar image, and when SAMs lock in and acquire them, they reveal their positions to the real suppression planes further back.

So the SAMs are destoyed - and it appears this is taking place over Bakhmut as the Ukrainians prepare their offensive.

Combine that with MANPADs being fired over the border in Russia and knocking down Russian jets in what they thought was safe space... at least 4 that we know of...
