71 microsieverts per hour sounds a lot to laymen, but that's actually LOW level. "Only goes up to 3.6 roentgen" is HUGE. That's around 500 times higher than 71 uSv/hr.

There are no useful instruments out there that max out anywhere near such a low level.

You have no idea that these same soldiers were "animals" who were up to anything at all. War brutalises everyone who is involved in it and rarely is free of such things, even from those ostensible fighting for a cause which is just. Those on the Ukrainian side involved in war crimes like this must also be held to account.

Western nations seriously need to figure out how to break through Putin's propaganda and let "ordinary" Russians see what's going on.

The Russians are calling up reservists to fight. To secure a couple of small breakaway provinces where they have popular support. That are just across their border.

The Russians continue to manifest astonishing ineffectiveness. They've gone from planning to take the whole country in 2-3 days to maybe capturing just the Donbas after more than a month, and with staggering losses of personnel and equipment.

Hopefully, we can give the Ukrainians some goodies to bleed the Russians dry.
