almost all guns (except for a single shot weapons such as a muzzle loader) have the capability of killing multiple people in seconds. Putting the phrase AR in a gun's nomenclature/classification doesn't give the gun magical powers. This judge is trying to give California residents the same gun rights that residents in many other states have. I'm sorry that you think limiting Constitutional rights is a bad thing, but you and the residents of California will get over it.
