I forgot to mention, the truck that the shooter stole, I walked right by it when I was in the parking garage. I remember the truck only because I thought it was weird that a truck with branches and tools for landscaping would be in that parking garage. The building it's underneath is mainly apartments. There isn't any real need for landscaping by that garage and building. There are restaurants that are within easy walking distance, and I did think that maybe the driver was getting lunch at one of them.
