Didn't take it that way. My mistake.

I don't believe you, given your "white people relieved" commentary, but you did answer.

It was about as effective as that sub.

"Catastrophic implosion" was the term, I believe.

See, that's the problem when you approach everything in bad faith-you default to presuming it of others.

It's okay, I've grown used to you rejecting or otherwise subjectively reinterpreting things.

like the additional qualifier of "white people" when you know as well as anyone I'm (at most) looking at a specific segment of that population if anything. That you happen to sound like that segment so often is incidental.

You didn't specify, you broad stroked it like you generic gun grabber drones always fucking do, as if every white person and every gun owner needs to answer for the actions of strangers not under our control.

I can't believe it that when I get on a plane this week they are gonna make me personally answer for the actions of strangers by limiting what I can take onboard.

also, I've never really been a "gun grabber".
I do believe there are weapon types that there are no valid reasons for civilians to own, and that an armed society (i.e.: public carry) breeds a more violent society... and statistically I'd be right.

But as always, UA knows this and is presenting the information falsely. I'm pretty specific, yet he'll accuse me of broad strokes and generic responses...

This is why nobody other than FF takes you seriously Al.

Wake me up when someone blames all airline passengers, pilots or the planes themselves for the actions of hijackers.

And don't you fucksticks try to deny it! More than once on this board I have seen some variation on the theme of "this happened because you had to have your toys."

And thus, UA won the debate trophy to the cheers of the entire class, and then they carried him out into the halls on their shoulders.
The picture of the event was put on a plaque, and put in the trophy case.
An 80 year old UA came back to visit the plaque, and Madonna's "this used to be my playground" played.
Everyone in the movie theater cried and hugged.

    THE END.

how is that even relevant, let alone realistic?

do we really want airliners full of "good guys with guns" (who freak out because they see an Arab in first class...)

If there were weekly hijackings due to manchildren lobbying politicians and insisting on carrying weapons on board then it absolutely would be because they had to have their toys.

But keep on whining, you're really looking like a manly man.
