Honestly, stop responding to FF and UA. They have made it abundantly clear that they are just trying (and failing) to rationalize their bigotry.

He literally is the Director of the Transgender Department at one of the best hospitals in America.

But that's just one of numerous studies on the topic. And the overwhelming consensus among experts is that many children evince understanding of their transgender nature well before puberty.

    Again, that's not in question.

But you don't like the answer, so you'll bullshit yourself on it.

I forgot to tan my balls one day and next thing I know I was in a dress sucking cock at a glory hole. That is exactly how it happens. I remember it clerarly even though I was 2 at the time. This would have all been prevented if mom had just tanned my nuts like I asked her to but she was some crazed hippie liberal who was hell bent on making me a girl.

Or at least that is how @Federal Farmer says it was despite not being born for another thirty years.

Nothing about my position amounts to feeling bad. That you must lie to respond says it all.

And no, I don't support book burning.

Kinda surprising... you're not exactly an advocate against carbon emissions.

But point of order, she said "banning", not "burning". Y'know... like if there's CRT or some sort of commie propaganda about peer support in the math texts.

The argument that you are supporting, that CRT should not be taught in schools, is exactly what Nova is describing. White supremacists are using "CRT" as a scare tactic in order to force teachers to stop teaching history because then the little white kids might learn that their parents and grandparents are racist assholes. and they don't want that. So, they make up this boogeyman (CRT) to scare parents into thinking that teachers are teaching white kids to hate themselves.

    That is the lie.

And, you appear to be supporting that position. So, in this sense, your position is about to "feeling bad".

First, define "CRT" in explicit, unambiguous terms, and I will tell you whether you may teach it in school. Show me a lesson plan.

Well, here's the link to the Wikipedia article - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Criti...(CRT) is,liberal approaches to racial justice.

I posted a link to a law school syllabus several months ago, but can't remember now which law school it was. If I remember, I'll post a link to that shortly.

No, no. I've heard the marketing pitch, and it leaves way too much wiggle room to "interpret" it to support any position. I require direct access to the lessons taught in the classroom before I will make my ruling.

You're asking me to prove a negative. Tell you what, go sit in on kindergarten classrooms and report back. If CRT is being taught to kindergartners, there is absolutely no reason to worry because 5 year olds will not understand the subject anyway.

The only thing kindergartners are being taught is that people come in all shapes, sizes, genders. races, etc. If something else is being taught, and you disagree with it, I suggest you ask those assholes who are lying to you to be specific about what they are lying is being taught.

UA is a "free speech absolutist" unless it's telling the truth about racism, or using a person's preferred pronouns.
And he'll hide it behind "think of the children".
He walks and trumpets like an elephant, but he's not an elephant because reasons.

be careful what you codify into law because you just killed any discussion of marriage, dating, and have wiped valentines day completely out. You can't do mothers day either. We certainly cannot discuss jesus as whoa nellie is that a story about weird mom and dad things which would be sexual orientation and bad. You cannot even discuss the child's own parents if the child asks why is there a mom and a dad unless you discuss gender and sexual preference.

But really cool thing for trans kids is that you cannot genderize clothing or activities so everyone gets to wear what everyone else is wearing because there there are no boys and girls gender differentiation anymore.

In order to wipe out gender identity you have to wipe out gender identity. In order to wipe out sexual orientation you have to wipe out sexual orientation.

For the umpteenth goddamn time, a classroom is not the teacher's personal soap box where they can advocate for whatever the hell they want. They are there to do a job, and that job has conditions.

Honestly, stop responding to him. I know you can't ignore his abuse at home, but he isn't arguing in good faith here. He's essentially asking you to enroll in a law school course (something I'm sure he wouldn't be willing to do) to explain what CRT is. And even once you accurately define it, he'll dispute the definition, even though he has no good faith basis to do so. He's uneducated and ignorant, and will choose to remain that way. Any attempts to educate him will be met with further bad faith arguments and outright lies. If he engages in this type of gaslighting with you in person, I honestly recommend seeking counseling because you're in an abusive relationship.

Many victims of abuse don't understand that they are in abusive relationships, and may even defend their abuser, think they can change their abuser, or are afraid of worse consequences (loss of financial support and/or worse abuse). There is help available to you, you just need to take those first steps.
