Limiting speech is a tactic used by every political ideology. Every president we’ve ever had has done it. The most egregious example is John Adams with the sedition acts followed by Lincoln who shut down 300 newspapers during the civil war. That doesn’t mean I think they were fascists.

Nobody on Wordforge as far as I know. That doesn’t exclude some random person on the internet though. I’d have to look it up. That being said, people here did imply that this law would make it illegal to say the word gay in Florida.

I think I'm going to have to disagree with that. All those (except the last) are unquestionably authoritarian, even dictatorial, but fascist? Maybe they're important to fascism, but they're hardly unique to it, so I don't think you can call them fascist per se. Monarchies and classical dictators have done all of the above. Fascism's defining characteristics are around the explicitly-encoded hierarchical social structure with the glorification of the leader, and the unending (and unendable, lest the favored groups realize how much is being stolen from them) war on some scapegoat identities like Jews, gays, and/or trans people (ahem), much more so than on ideologies, as people can change their minds, but not their ethnicity, sexual orientation, or internal gender identity at will. These edicts are more like tools in the generic authoritarian toolbox. Their use alone doesn't tell you if someone's a fascist or not. All 3 were and are used by communists, kings, emperors, juntas, and generalissimos, as well as fascists.
