the army won't do shit to Vindman. They won't take "disciplinary action" because he didn't break any army rules or laws. Two points here: 1) the army likes to handle things "in house" with their people 2) the army doesn't like to be told what to do by outsiders/civilians. You may be HMIC but if you don't wear an army uniform stay in your lane.
He sure as hell hasn't stayed in his lane with the Stone sentencing. Amazing that people who accused Obama of trying to be a dictator are letting this go.
I don't think any president should interfere with the internal nuts & bolts of how the military disciplines, promotes, or demotes their people. If a military member breaks federal/state/local laws outside of the military sphere then they should be prosecuted accordingly and (if appropriate) prosecuted by the military's own separate legal system. This is not "double jeopardy" by any means. I know quite a few military people who had to do time under the civilian system and when released had to do time concurrently under the military system. In other words sometimes everybody who decides to prosecute you gets their piece of your ass if you commit a major crime.
Why the fuck is there a discussion about eating dirt in this thread? Oh, it's a thread about Trump. Say no more.
There is the reality that bacteria colonies love the nutrient rich formula we give babies. They are much more likely to fester in a bit of formula than on other things IMO. Perhaps a study is needed, but I would imagine you get less bacteria over all from the items in the house than something that has been slimed with bacterial culture and food.
Child welfare could look into his family and publci health you can potentially hold him up on that type of stuff too.
This is part of the never ending assault on our national intelligence. They feel they can overwhelm you with so much bullshit you will eventually grow tired and weary of the whole political/legal process.
Rand Paul, you naughty man. https://lawandcrime.com/high-profil...5atTPaBPtyMeWL-lpg8TMQTv7nhkiNTFt-iFi490MuGrE
^ I have long since lost all respect for Rand Paul. He's just another Trump bootlicker, with no real personal values except keeping on the good side of the tyrant who is currently crushing not just America in general but the Republican party in particular under his bootheel.
Well, yes, you will tend to get these results when you have a sample set where Republicans outnumber Democrats 2-to-1.
The latest version, "Yeah, I sent Giuliani to Ukraine, so what?" In November 2019, Trump tried to distance himself from his personal attorney’s efforts in Ukraine to urge the government there to open investigations into the Biden family. At the time, the president's conduct in Ukraine was at the height of its scrutiny as the House carried out its impeachment inquiry. TRUMP TELLS GERALDO THAT 'MANY PEOPLE APPLAUDED' AFTER VINDMAN LEFT "Well, you have to ask that to Rudy, but Rudy, I don't, I don't even know," Trump had said in an interview with Bill O’Reilly. "I know he was going to go to Ukraine, and I think he canceled a trip," the president continued. "But, you know, Rudy has other clients, other than me. I'm one person." Trump denied he had ever directed Giuliani to go to Ukraine on his behalf. Trump suggested he did not have firsthand knowledge of Giuliani’s work in Ukraine, but had “heard” of it or “read that someplace.”
If I'm Roger Stone I'd seriously consider firing my lawyers and appealing my conviction on the grounds of incompetent attorneys. Why? Because it turns out the foreman on the jury was: #1 A Democrat #2 A lawyer #3 A Trump hater #4 Ran for Congress as a Democrat in 2012 (lost) #5 Mocked Roger Stone's arrest on social media. Tweeted about the case before being put on the jury. #6 Called supporters of Trump racist on social media #7 Has extensive social media history of criticizing Trump #7 Posed for a picture with Donna Brazil Now she's decided to go public to "protect" the prosecutors. How does she get on a jury?
Oh and for all you lefties who suddenly have a hard on for Judge Napolitano these last couple years because he's been attacking Trump constantly...... Do you still support him or are you all now:
Yeah. But I'm not the one whose been kissing his ass these last two years because he's anti-Trump. That's on you guys. So now that he's not in agreement with you all on Roger Stone are you going to abandon him?
You talking to me? *looks around sees only the dog*...Don't include me in the group kissing his ass. Put away the broad brush and don't assume you know how I feel about any given person. If you're going to accuse me of kissing Judge Nappy's ass, I assume you have some sort of evidence other than just the fact that I don't worship Fearless Leader. ETA: it would seem the irony that you're willing to cite da Judge as some sort of legal authority when he's saying something you like is lost on you considering that you've been denouncing him when he says something you don't like. In other words, you're the one who's flip flopping like a mullet that landed on a dock after jumping out of the water.
