Hell, the Swiss actually do have something up on the Belgians (and not chocolate!): They say octante instead of quatre-vingt.

Wonder how Quebecois do their numbers. I hear they dispensed with the formal vous form of you.

Je pense que "vous" est toujours utilisé en Québec.

The Québecois basically use the same numbers as the (proper) French, so you get dumb shit like quatre-vingt-dix-neuf.

Not all of them. Some say octante, some say huitante, and some say quatre-vingts.

    The French way. :(

But they say "siss" and "diss", even before consonants, rather than "see" and "dee" before consonants and "seese and deese" before vowels.

If you try saying "Si six scies scient six cyprès, six cents scies scient six cents cyprès" in Québecois, it is perfectly understandable. No fun at all. :(

That's fine, as long as they don't go the route of English and dispense with the difference between the singular and plural forms of "you". Why is there no simple way in modern English to distinguish between "thou art" and "you are" without sounding like a refugee from a Shakespearian theater?

This is a great example of something that both helps people vote and is an anti-fraud measure.

Tracking is good for voters because you can be assured that your ballot got there. And in the fairly unlikely event that somebody manages to get a ballot intended for someone else, the person whose name is on it will get the alert and go "wait a minute..."

Or as people in Oregon and California call it, Tuesday.

Congrats to Utah for being the least shitty of the red states on this though.

So they could have kept those people using his bonus to pay them at a rate of a million a year and still had about ten million to toss to him. So he could have been a really nice guy, still paid these guys their yearly salary and still made way over a hundred million dollars.

Having played WOW they could have used those people to make the game much more intersting, fixed things, and helped customers.

Do you know how fucking wastefull all of this is while also fucking the customer out of content and a good experience?

    Fuck you capitalism.
