Texas Roadhouse steaks are the BEST! Yes Volpone, even better than Outback. :hitlerdance: I generally order the mashed potatoes (double) as a side and the steak is medium well. A couple of glasses of cola and I am satisfied!
Nope, not even close to the best. They're both about the same level of "meh". Since I had to work the Spurs championship parade today, we took my dad out for steak last night. Texas Land and Cattle beats the dogshit outta Texas Roadkill and Outcrap. 14oz ribeye, medium rare with garlic mashed pototoes, ceasar salad and merlot.
All these people eating their steaks medium rare really need to be taught a lesson in what a good steak is. Any steak that isn't ordered very rare or, preferably, bloody, might as well be fed to a vegan.

The proper cooking method for steak is to throw it on the grill long enough to hear a hiss, turn it, and pull it off. 20 seconds cook time is pushing the upper limits.
