Some dorks in a conference room aren't Nazis. Be glad they aren't, because if they were you'd have a moral imperative to stop them.

Now, if the media elevates them and promotes their movement, the media is going to have some explaining to do if they gain traction.

    Wait, that couldn't possibly happen....

(Not saying it isn't newsworthy, but promoting some dorks as if they represent Trumpism is a dangerous game, and could backfire)

Anyone that voted for Trump is put on a list. They'll receive an SS pin, iron-on swastika t-shirt transfer, and a local list of jews and gypsies from the Trump Transition 2017 team.

Who else could they have voted for? They're in the same position as the Sanders styled progressives that were forced to hold their nose for Clinton despite the policy differences. Their enthusiasm is a result of Trump giving them a few nods during the campaign and now they're under the misguided belief he's going to make America white again.

I question how much these internet Nazis actually had a hand in winning Trump the election. The lack of economic recovery in the rust belt post-recession seems to have been a much bigger factor. Trumps protectionist rhetoric was what captured this affected group and kept them, despite the endless campaign scandals. But the economy is boring and lacking in drama so everyone focuses on racists instead.

They think they're fighting against a conspiracy by the corporate media or Jews to destroy the moral fabric of America and the western world. The promotion of degenerate culture in the form of identity politics, the shittier parts of black culture, and blaming whites for everything under the sun.

These people likely live a clean and quiet life that they feel is directly under attack. It's all just conspiracy theory bullshit, but these folks bought into it. It's to bad they didn't pick something harmless like chemtrails or fake moon landings.

On the plus side Nazism is dead in Western Europe thanks to post war denazification efforts. The US didn't really take the lessons from the war to heart.

Trump denounced the white supremacists today, yet again, as he has done many times in the past. Not that Nova would care about such facts.

In yet another interview that most of his supporters aren't ever going to watch. :dayton:

If Trump wants to convince me he's sincere about denouncing white supremacists, he'll tweet it directly to his followers like he does with everything else.

Like Barry did the black panthers. And Farrakhan. And the rioting mobs of black lives matter. And his hateful racist preacher who says we deserved 9/11. Or how about his grandma who was just a typical racist white person.

It has been quite fascinating watching the democrats lose their marbles over this election. I thought 2000 was bad but this is a whole new level of crazy. I don't think they've been this nuts since they lost the civil war and the slaves were freed

It's not that the left lost that is making people mental. It's that Donald Trump won that's doing that. I would have been totally fine with Jeb winning all the marbles.

    SURE you would have.

The left was gearing up for Jeb but switched to Trump once it became obvious that Bush had no chance. Had he won you guys would be spouting the same race baiting crap that you do every election.

Believe what you want. In my time of being allowed to vote since Regan's second term, I've voted Republican more times then I've voted Democrat.

    I have a real question.

I am sincerely curious, please show me how much the white supremacist gave to trump and at what percentage it was of his overall contributions. Also please show me where they went door to door and were doing their part in the campaign process. Thank you very much.

I would like to know what they did other than endorse our president elect?

I don't know whether that information exists. I do know that one large part of his campaign was on social media, especially on twitter, and that about a third of the main supporters there, i.e. retweeters and affirmative hashtaggers, were connected to white supremacist accounts (source).

So little as to not be statistically worth figuring. There are very, very, very few "white supremacists" in the United States. Sometimes it seems like more because when three guys with signs show up at some rally the media blows it up into "signs of racism in modern America"

I believe it. After all, polls revealed Clinton would easily take the presidency. They are oh so accurate.

My guess is it was a very low single digit percentage yet people like Nova continue to lie and pretend everyone who disagrees with them is some how a racy, racy, racist Nazi. He is the boy who cried wolf dressed up as a transvestite.

In 2016 "door to door" in much less efficient than screen to screen. Most of the support for Trump from white nationalist/supremacist quartes consisted of creating and spreading memes on the internet. Hard to measure how significant it was to him winning, but I believe it played a role.
