with the obnoxious dog owners I have seen in the suburbs I would welcome any fence that kept dogs in their own yard. In the case of people who need big dogs I would welcome a fence that was set to char anything that even attempts to get out of their yard. The yapping pain of the unleashed neighborhood dog is music to my ears.

I have long been tempted to make a pneumatic poop shooter to return the gifts dog owners leave around the neighborhood. If I could get one which could connect to a mask to shoot it down the throat of a dog owner that would be the best.

Additionally, there are things like "age-related conditions" where the problem isn't a big deal when you're younger, but as you get older, you have to start worrying about it. Not to mention the fact that just because you didn't have a condition in 07 that was serious, doesn't mean that you'll stay that way.
