Well, I don't really identify as white, but I don't often have cause to discuss my heritage either. So (1) is inaccurate

I'm definitely not native enough to ask for status, but I'm comfortable knowing it's in me (a half and a quarter via my maternal lineage) (2) is out

(3) is accurate insofar as I've never really lived the culture beyond participating as a guest...

(4) well, my rep is good and folks consider me kindly. I'm pretty sure it isn't in play.
