About a year ago. It's for the wifey. KISS.

You did say that I purchased.

My first I got when I was born, a S&W .44, Blue, 6", awesome condition from my Pawpaw (along with Lucy [mule] and some land).

I don't have one, yet. When I do buy one, it'll be the one I first shot. A Sig-Sauer P232, that uses .380 ammo. Put some Hogue grips on it and it's ready to rock !

Nope. Sold it to a co-worker. A move that I greatly regret.

I was pretty young...not sure of the model. Maybe an expert could help me identify it. Here's a pic!

Then, a pic of me + my kitten with my second gun.

Lastly, trying out my latest gun I bought overseas!

Why did you sell it ? Was it prone to jamming or what ? What did you hate about it ?
    Just curious.

No. Beretta makes fine products with a history of quality and reliability.

I just dislike that particular design because the ergonomics suck, IMHO. Contrary to all the jokes, my hands are of average size and I had to alter my shooting grip to disengage the safety. That's totally unacceptable.

I sold it as fast as I could and bought a factory nickled Sig P226 and carried it every day for over a decade.

It's my third favorite pistol (mainly for the same reason you hate it... I just love how it sits in my hand). My first favorite being the previously mentioned 1911, and my second favorite being the Browning Hi-Power.

On a tangent: I detest all "double action only" autos with a fierce passion and I won't touch anything that says "Glock" on it.

I've always liked the 92 series and how it feels in my hand. The gun itself is a different story... ;)
