Is there some reason that Scorponok doesn't realize that he's every bit as worthless a poster as baba and Starguard, except for having even less amusement value? He's never in his life made a post outside of "Press Start" that had even a little bit of content indicative of a double or triple digit I.Q, and even there his best posts are incredibly banal. The number one problem with wordforge is the number of posters who distinguish between Scorpy and baba and Starguard.

Plus, baba and Stargaurd love this thread. Anyone who thinks they're a significant problem, as opposed to minor annoyances who can sometimes be amusing, is retarded for posting in this thread.

When someone is punished for breaking a rule they deserve due process.

As a neg rep is a form of punishment they must have notice, as required by the Due Process Clause, that the action they did that resulted in the neg rep was not permitted.

This thread, although admittedly drawing attention to Starguard and Baba, serves as due and proper notice to all would-be offenders.

Shame I couldn't have thought of this trick back in the day....

Let me say up front that I may neg some folks I think the world of when they come stumbling into one of his worthless threads. It's not personal. It isn't like I hate you all of a sudden.

But the era of Baba at Wordforge is at an end.

Anyone who throws bombs and refuses a response through the use of the ignore option is the ultimate example of worthlessness.

Not that such an example is necessary to prove how grotesque the so-called human being named Liet is. Studies at Noodle University have shown that Liet is more malignant than liver cancer.

I think this rule should apply to threads started after this thread was posted.

If you all are going to do this then there needs to be some kind of grace period. This thread was started 9 hours ago. I'd say at least 24 hours, making sure people can see it, if you're really going to go through with it.

Personally I think its a good idea.

Anything to keep a Baba thread from being bumped.

The only people who won't are people who take rep seriously enough that it's probably a good thing that they don't do what they please.

Beyond that, this is an idea that has been tried over and over and accomplishes nothing. If a handful of posters find some amusement value in baba and Starguard think that rep war is more retarded than even baba and Starguard--and you can be sure that's the case--all this ends up accomplishing is to further polarize the board. Frankly, this thread makes me want to respond to baba and Starguard, because it will piss off all the right people. I probably won't respond to them any more than I otherwise would, but I'll enjoy it more when I do.

Baba and Starguard are harmless, annoying, and sometimes amusing. Most of the posters calling for rep jihad on people who respond to those two are of far more concern.
