Ok, being completely honest here, as I really don't have a horse in this race, and judging solely by past performances, I have always thought you were one of the most biased mods outside the TBBS during "The Great Exodus". Administratively, I guess you're alright, but you can't really separate the mod from the poster, although you all have tried. You have come running to the defense of the likes of Mega/Tasvir on more than one occasion, yet you let 14th Doc hang out to dry for fucking years before popular opinion on this board became "enough is enough", then all of a sudden you shake your fingers and say "naughty, naughty". Too little too late.

As to stepping down, don't really give a shit, as this whole post smells of fishing for acceptance.

Sometimes I think the modding is inconsistent and over the top. I'll admit that I was a bit pissed off at Tamar over the Friendly Warning I got over the Amy Winehouse threads.

That said, I think that those things should be a learning experience for us and the mods. WF isn't perfect and never will be. The posters and mods are human.

When those events happen, I hope both sides learn something from it.

I may not have been around as long as most of the posters here, but I must go on record as saying I've noticed a certain bias/double standard regarding Tamar. I've never been too heavily involved in certain topics and board fare, but I do observe. Not trying to be a dick or anything, I'm Just sayin'.

Yup. Tamar's been an admin since the second month of the board. That's too long for any one person to be in charge. She's not the owner. She's not an irreplaceable techie. There's no good reason for her to hold onto her position that long.

Between that and the various examples of her bias and ethical lapses over the years, I don't think it's unreasonable to ask that she step aside for someone new. It's not like she wouldn't be able to post just like everybody else.
