first 7 minutes are online everywhere, release date us 2/7 I was certain something was coming out this week but...
at the end of clip it says "available from Playstation store January 24" so that's where the date came from. Assuming the DVD drops on 2/7
First off, thanks for pointing out the clip and yes, you can get it from PS Store. Second, I didn't like the New 52 costume for Supes at first, but I do like it now. What I don't still like is the way they draw his face. I prefer the 80s version or even the version when they did Secret Origin. Third, thanks to this clip, I think I'll watch it. Fourth, I still am not used to the non-Bruce Timm voice actors. I miss the old DCAU.
agree on the voices, the current Batman is an actor I like but he doesn't compare well to Conroy and I always find him "off" through no fault of his own.
Justice League Dark. http://dickynoo.blogspot.com/2017/02/big-winter-movies-part-2-part-5.html Lego Batman. http://dickynoo.blogspot.com/2017/02/big-winter-movies-part-2-part-6.html
I enjoyed Dark quite a bit. It's an absolute travesty that CW is now buying in on Black Lighting of all things but we can't get Constantine back (hell, the crowd who's been watching Supernatural for a hundred years are an obvious target audience besides DC fans)
They're doing an R rated animated "Watchmen". http://www.cbr.com/watchmen-r-rated-animated-movie/ Is this really necessary? There's the live-action, the motion comic, and there's supposed to be a live-action Netflix show. Enough Watchmen! Do something new, adapt the prequel comics they did a couple years ago.
I'm definitely picking that one up. "The Judas Contract" was my absolute favorite comic story arc when I was a kid. It blew my young mind that and especially that I hope the animated version is pretty faithful to the comics.
Batman vs Two-Face is recorded!! We still get one last Adam West Batman. http://www.darkhorizons.com/adam-wests-final-batman-outing-sets-date/
All the DC animated movies, 30 in all, from "Superman: Doomsday", to the most recent "Batman and Harley Quinn", will be in one bigass box set. So, if you missed any, or have 'em, but wanna upgrade to Blu-Ray, here they are. http://www.cbr.com/dc-universe-original-movie-box-set/
really like to see them seize the chance to get a much different voice actor on this one (assuming no Conroy) - Mara's not doing it for me and a different time setting would be a good chance to do something different
Here's the next batch of films as revealed by SDCC Gotham By Gaslight Death Of Superman Reign Of The Supermen (Death Of Superman 2) Suicide Squad: Hell To Pay
Yeah, but they changed and condensed a lot, so they're doing it over more faithful to the comics. Meh, I never asked for it, just saying.
Reign of the Supermen was pretty cool, I'll probably check it out. If they are doing Death of Superman, I want the Funeral for a Friend cover to come to life.
Trailer for "Batman vs Two-Face", which shows box art at the end. Harlan Ellison wrote a Two-Face episode for the old show that never got filmed, it was turned into a comic, and is the loose basis for this.
How was Batman and Harley Quinn? I heard it ends a bit messily plotwise, though does feature Harley boffing Nightwing (that dude gets all the girls).
Haven't seen it yet and I've only seen one review by Grace Randolph who thinks Bruce Timm objectifies women.
