The mods seem to be clueless, but ever on the alert for social justice. Someone (who I presume is German), posted a thread wondering about the shortage of German characters in Trek, titled "Where are the Krauts?" A mod posted that he had to check with Google to be sure, but "Kraut" seems to be a disparaging term. Dur.

It doesn't really matter there if you're unpopular with a mod, posting a picture of a kitten would be considered offensive.

I used to mod TNZ. Couldn't deal with the unending barrage of whiny, complaining PMs so I resigned my position.

I never went in there this time around. I just kept to the Discovery forum and Trek Tech.

I think the mods generally do a good job over there - for the most part they're not as biased as people claim they are - but there's a couple of them that have just lost the plot and make the whole team look bad.

And who would they be?
