The only reason they haven't called Ohio for Obama is that it would make the rest of the night's coverage too boring.

Anyone following George Takei on Facebook? He's been making some rather irreverent comments about the election.

Eventually they'll have no choice. They just called NC, because Romney was up by 3% with only 2% remaining to count. And all the anchor on MSNBC could say was that Romney had apparently won. No, he fucking definitely won that state.

Twitter is fucking hilarious right now.

Obama supporters talking about how the Democrats will balance the budget, create jobs and be fiscally responsible. That is until they don't, and then everyone will blame the Republicans.

Yep it's over. Congrats Republicans. It was your election to lose and you did it. Try not running a shitty candidate next time.

    :)

Hopefully, we can put the partisan obstructionism of the last 4 years behind us and finally move this country forward.

No. The GOP is going to dig in harder to make certain they have a victory in 2016. The gloves will be off...er... more so than they have been.

It isn't the candidate, it's the message that's being rejected. It wouldn't matter who was spewing the current Repub party talking points, enlightened America isn't buying what they're selling.

You say that, but the popular vote separated them by less than 2%, no? I'm seeing Romney ahead in the popular vote right now.

the gloves were off the last two years. if they have ANY sanity about them (arguable, I know) they will design a new strategy for 2016.

Oh, and they'll be very damned careful to keep Marco Rubio in bubble wrap because they almost HAVE to use him to stop the slide among Latinos next time.

It is fucking hilarious how fucking stupid people are. You have practically the exact fucking same results now that you had after the 2010 midterms, and somehow you expect things to change.

I don't see how the gloves could have been any **more** off after watching those debates. Romney came out swinging and never let up. The only thing Romney didn't do was unzip his fly and piss all over Obama shoes.

The Republican Party lost this election during the primary this year. What a circus that was.

Karl Rove is in Fox News saying that Ohio was called too early.
