I'm a Sanders supporter these days, and had Warren as my 1A choice and Harris as my #3. And Buttigieg for his social naivete in racial issues is an extremely smart guy and is killing it as a surrogate. Hell, Biden was in the bottom tier of my choices in the primaries.

But you know what? I'm more than willing to give him a chance, and what I've seen that he has is a genuineness of character when it comes to how much he likes people. Maybe due to the awful tragedies he's faced in his personal life. After Herr Twitler, we could use that.

I'm probably kidding myself, but I'm hoping maybe people will be able to put our differences in perspective in contrast to what we've seen in the last 4 years.

Having roamed the threads since I reactivated I'd have to agree. I find the discussions and banter/interactions to be be interesting, informative and entertaining. Much different than what I was spoonfed at TK about this place.

But he comes from a working class background, and does seem to genuinely care about people. That combined with a center-left platform will do just fine.
