I think Collins is in, and Flake seems content. Whatsisname from Nebraska piped up about wanting a different candidate, but I think he's going to face a very angry electorate if he votes no.

The rule is that after the cloture vote Friday morning there is 30 hours minimum of debate before they can vote on the confirmation. They can simply hold the confirmation vote late Saturday night or Sunday/Monday.
