If they're adding the X-Men and Fantastic Four via the "multiverse", are we to assume that they aren't re-casting them? Otherwise why not just introduce new MCU versions?
There's a lot of baggage from the X-Men with various characters dead and so on.

Merchandise artwork and Lego sets have leaked, and the 4 main mini-Avengers for the whole movie are Strange, Wanda, Wong, and America Chavez.
The trailer makes her (Chavez) look like a cameo, but she's a big deal.

So, I'm thinking the Loki & Sylvie stuff pops in at act 2, and the Fox stuff pops in at act 3.
