Why does it do that, bloody annoying.

Ill wake up and drink some tea and play a few practice rounds then give it a shot...

What I hate is the dreaded screen skip when you are pulling back for a shot. Because if the game freezes for a second right before you release you haven't pulled back far enough. The worst is when this causes you to drop the ball in the water.

ahhh so that happens to you guys too? I always thought it was my crappy old computer.

It seems to always happen to me on hole one.

I also have to make sure I have no other tabs open because some sites (like Drudge) reload automatically and that makes a hiccup as well.

I've created a 4 person tournament for the first 4 to join who are bored of waiting on the 8 person tourney to fill up.

Maybe six player tourneys in the future would speed things along.

How do you decide who gets the bye in round 1?

The only tourney options are 2, 4, and 8.

Well, I'm probably not gonna beat Leach with a 50.

But I do get one more chance...

    Well, 50 it is.

I'm not sure Dan would lose if he got penalized 10 strokes. :sob:

 After one round of complete jackassery where I managed to score a 47 (had a 6 hole, and two 4 holes, plenty of other 3's)I managed to beat Ramen again. My next game was not promising as the dreaded screen skipped caused me to drop it in the water on hole 1 and then i missed my follow up shot and got a 4 on it. Pretty smooth sailing after that as I still closed it out with a 39.

Only took one round to get a 37, and it should have been at 34 at the most but when I knew I had this thing locked up I took some chances at the end and got a few 3's.

I set up another 4 person Tourney for anyone interested... I accidentally set up a 3D Frogger Tourney too. So if any of you feel like throwing down in that join up!

    My theory.....

If you look at the wind window you see those little dots flying through the box. The faster the wind the faster those dots move. However it's not a evenly spaced out thing. You see bunches of dots, dots spread out and even big gaps between dots.

To me this represents wind as it actually is. It may be blowing hard but then the wind stops (because of the gap) for a few seconds then picks back up.

So if you hit the ball while there is a gap in the wind your ball may not be affected at all.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it... :bailey: :)

Hmmm...looks like Dual II finally played his tourney games, and I should've advanced, but so far the software doesn't show it.... Odd.

I call a "misdeal" and declare myself the winner! :finger:

Well I just gave you a very beatable score after one God Awful round and another round where I actually feel like I got screwed. The screen skip happened every other damn hole. Oh well.

Had two rounds where I burned up the first 9 (had THREE holes in one on the first five holes or so) and then CHOKED like a trainee fluffer on the back 9.

    Eliminated!

I'll get you next time, Ramen. And your dog, too!

Just played a non-tourney game. Started off w/ three straight hole-in-one's, added another on the back nine. Should've easily beaten my personal record of 38, right? Sadly, not. Took a couple 3's by leaving makable putts just short, and hit the water a couple of times on the later holes. Ended up w/ a friggin' 39. :jayzus:

I decided to give Zombie a fighting chance and put up a 43. Terrible, terrible round(s), came right after a couple of 36's in warm ups too. I started a new 4 player, so join up.
