What does religious freedom have to do with this case? Her job isn't to endorse marriages. Her job is to confirm or deny that a couple has met the State standard to get married. Religion doesn't have anything to do with it. If, for example, she were being forced to work on Sunday against her religion, then yeah...she would probably have a leg to stand on, as she would be the victim. In this case, however, her religious beliefs are preventing couples in her county, both gay and straight, from getting a marriage licence. They are the victims here.
