That trailer looked just absolutely awesome, but it could've been Obi Wan just sitting on the shitter and I'd have thought that was great
Deborah Chow says we're getting a "not fully formed Vader". So...kind of like how they fleshed out his evolution in the comics, I'm guessing. https://www.darkhorizons.com/obi-wan-offers-a-not-fully-formed-vader/
This needs a fresh thread. The guy who started the old thread is an asshole. And his title is a mess. He doesn't deserve to be boss of that topic forever. Here's the old one for the old news. http://wordforge.net/index.php?threads/obi-wan-series.118634/
This doesn't inspire confidence, they're releasing it on a Friday which is traditionally a death slot and they're releasing the first two episodes on the same day. It's already a limited series, this is not a good sign.
The missing ingredient is he has to be banned for being a Klanner. All three rules have to broken. Nice try at lawyer-trolling though.
Maybe Disney can expand on Club Obi Wan that Indy got into that big shootout at the beginning of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom?
Well, we already know Temuera Morrison was working on the Kenobi set. But, if he is playing a clone, it should be Cody.
What are you even talking about. Friday is no longer a “death slot” because we can now watch anything we want when we want. It’s not the fucking 80s any more. God you’re so fucking stupid
Point of order, back in the 80s, Miami Vice was a Friday night show, and it was the highest-rated program on TV for years.
I'm pretty sure Friday and Saturday nights in the 70's and 80's was where all the must-watch shows aired. But as @Ten Lubak said, in the age of streaming, none of that stuff matters.
Friday night used to be called the "Death slot" back in the day when there were no VCRs or DVRs and you had to actually sit in front of the TV while the program was being broadcast in order to see it. Since most young adults were out doing things on Friday and Saturday nights, this was considered a bad time to schedule "must see TV" and shows on the verge of cancellation were often moved to Friday nights. But since the mid-to-late 90's (and after, up until the present) with the rise of VCRs, then DVRs, then on-demand streaming, the "Friday night death slot" concept has completely gone away. So, does it mean anything at all that Obi-Wan's release was pushed to Friday from Wednesday? No. Not a thing.
isn't it going to be on Wednesdays following the premiere anyway? Fed is definitely a voracious reader of match books, it seems.
