    These trees only produce immature peaches. They never ripen before they fall off the branch.

    But I live in South Texas. I'll be very surprised if it gets below freezing again this winter.

    Oh, ornamental trees - we have pears trees like that in my neighborhood. Beats a lawn full of rotting fruit.

    It's bear trying to grow real fruit (for those who do) here in inland Georgia.
    It goes from 75+ degrees and everything blooms and then BAM! It's 25 degrees for a few nights and wipes everything out if it's not covered or sprinklers kept on the plants/trees.

    Walmart, Home Depot, and everyone else selling flowers/plants in the springtime loves that! They get to sell the same things twice to inexperienced homeowners.

    No, these trees produce immature fruit. I said that the peaches fall off the tree before they ripen.

    Larger version of my avatar, taken a couple weeks ago.

    Need to figure out what to do with my hair...it's so damn flat now, plus the silver is showing. It didn't grow out very gracefully this time, sadly.

    Anyone have any hairdo ideas? Nothing extremely crazy...I'm gonna be 40 next month so I don't want to look totally foolish.

    I think you need to bring your hair down over your forehead, close to your eyes, rather than up and back, away from them. Some sort of wave or whatever that's called. Your face is very open, so bring some mystery to it.

    And yes, frame your eyes. Very nice eyes. :techman:
