If you get a chance to see Robert Randolph and the Family Band, do it. They freaking rocked the place. I've heard a lot of his orginal songs, but didn't realize he did covers, too. "Voodoo Chile" and "Good Times Bad Times" on a pedal steel guitar is something else.

My niece in Florida sent me this - she works at a horse breeder. The picture is of one of the colts she helped into the world, looking at a sonogram of his upcoming sibling.
The house I (and my father and his mother) grew up in. Stopped by on my way home to see how the ol' place was doing. Looks much the same as always, but fixed up real nice.
