New fence, before and after. The old cedar picket fence was literally falling apart. New one is 6 feet tall (new neighbors have... children ) solid vinyl, then wire around the back so we can see the yard deer better. It connects with the neighbor's picket fence on the right.
awesome! I love beaver dams. Okay now you've done it, I'm taking a hike after work tomorrow to look at a couple of them in my hunting areas.
This is Boosnake. He took residence in my shed for the winter, and I've spent the past two weeks trying to encourage him to go and enjoy live elsewhere, but he isn't having it. I named him that because he picks places to hide, and when I have to go in to get something, I know he's there somewhere, so I creep around all alert like, until I rest my hand on an alternator belt that I don't have only to realize it's Boosnake.
Flowering in the upscale neighborhood across the town line into Franklin Lakes, on top of the Saddle Ridge mountain area:
So what kind of snake is he. Living in the UK, he looks like a big black scary motherfucker of a snake!
He's what we call around here a Black Snake. They're harmless to people and good to have around because they eat rats and other vermin. That's why I'm leaving him alone. He still scares the shit out of me when he shows up where I wasn't expecting him.
I give up on this one! Two months of struggling! Hobby Boss 1/48 F-111A. Too many parts that have no firm attachment points, too many tiny parts, too many parts breaking off every time I try to pick it up carefully. I even managed to break half the pitot off just before taking photos. I do NOT recommend this kit to anyone who values their sanity. OY VEY!!! The cockpit is Eduard pre-painted photoetch.
Are you a member of the Mediocre Modelers group on Facebook? I just saw these same pictures there earlier today.
nonetheless it still looks awesome! It sure brings back from memories from RAF Lakenheath where they had...you guessed it....the F-111 when I was a bomb loader there.
I could have used your help getting the bombs to stay on this thing! Each MER had 12 little tiny individual shackles to glue on, which kept breaking off while I tried to glue the bombs onto the tiny pins.
Adventures of a wet squirrel sheltering from the wind and rain on my porch. He's still there as I type.
