Anyway, regardless of Herr Zimmerman's guilt or innocence with respect to the demise of one Trayvon Martin, this move is in exceptionally poor taste.

On a more serious note, since Zimmerman technically admits to taking the life which starts off as a criminal act, and merely puts it in the legal context that we cannot determine beyond a shadow of a doubt that the murder was justified does this sort of thing count as profiting from a crime. For all the zimrods out there we must remember he admits to killing treeyvon and no one but his fanboys is arguing against that. He was never innocent of killing treyvon, but we could not determine if he had proper cause to do so. The idea we determined it was in self defense is false. We merely said it was possible and not even probable he did it in self defense. That was all his defense had to accomplish. Being such an open and hard thing to prove for the prosecution the fact that he killed treason out of malice is still more probable, and courts cannot change reality. They only can determine if we will punish a person.

The legal process never declares a defendant innocent, it only declares them not guilty. The prosecution was unable to prove to a jury that Zimmerman was guilty of ANY crime, let alone murder. Zimmerman's defense claimed self-defense, the evidence supported that claim, and the jury believed it.

And if you can't prove someone guilty beyond reasonable doubt, you should probably--at a minimum--refrain from putting out a bounty on their body parts.

The only thing that made this shooting not result in a murder conviction was that treyvon might have gotten the better of george in the physical fight and george might have fired fearing for his life. That was never proven beyond being a possibility which is all the law needs.

The gun is being sold as the gun that murdered treyvon martin. The crime is explicit in the sale. The fact no person was convicted of it does not mean the gun was not a part of a crime. It is the very nature of the crime that would make that gun special to people who want to buy it. Otherwise it is just a gun.
