And interesting that in Florida (I've never lived there, only visited) they only have the "neighborhood watch" in white neighborhoods. Here in Georgia black neighborhoods have them too - maybe Florida isn't as progressive as Georgia. Weird none of the people patrolling black neighborhoods are "white and entitled" so I'm sure they can't function very well.

I am pretty sure treyvon had a problem with Zimmerman following him. I do not blame him there. I also would have confronted a rent a cop. We know Zimmerman is a hothead who wants to be in charge. I have no doubt Zimmerman came up to the kid as if he was a real cop and he probably did not have any professionalism. Treyvon was a teenager who was fed up with Zimmerman. We know Zimmerman called him a coon. You are not going to tell me Zimmerman came at treyvon in any respectful way. The guy is a racist. We all can see what actually happened, but it could not be proven in a court of law.

Just to lay it out. Zimmerman was stalking treyvon. He was angry that earlier in the week another black person had gotten away from his patrols only to be caught later by the police. Zimmerman missed his chance to be a hero. Then he sees another black kid walking in the same area and he assumes there is something going on. He is frustrated because he has failed the tests to be a cop. He wants desperately to be a hero. He missed his moment and was looking for a new one. He sees treyvon who has a hoodie on and has made the decision that he must protect the area by calling the cops and confronting treyvon until they arrive. He was in charge when he came up to treyvon and treyvon was not going to just take a beating from rentacop. They probably had words and got into a fight. Treyvon probably thought Zimmerman did not have a gun because he was the neighborhood watch. They got in a physical fight and treyvon got the upper hand. That is when Zimmerman pulled out his gun and shot him.

I do not think treyvon was going to kill Zimmerman. I think he tried to leave when Mr pretend officer grabbed him so he would be detained until the cops came. Now put yourself in treyvon's place. Picture George Zimmerman visibly following you and then coming over to you and trying to detain you until the cops came. No one here would give Zimmerman any respect, and they would be right not to. That is why treyvon was shot. Zimmerman is not just thinking he is a hero. He wants to be a storm trooper.

So in this particular situation how exactly is Zimmerman a pussy? Because he didn't punch back, which would mean he could also face assault charges? If you get punched, the person hitting you is in trouble. If you punch back, it's a fight, and you are now complicit. That's the way the law works. You can't just punch people who say things you find offensive. Would you punch me in the face if bragged about a past deed I committed? I won't hit you back, but I will visit you in jail.
