    I wouldn't have described a journalist quizzing a politician as "casual conversation" but fair enough.

    Either way, just in your own country if that definition is "99.9% accurate", that would leave 165,000 women not covered by it. Maybe good enough for casual conversation, but not a gotcha soundbite.
