It turns out this woman is a family friend of Smollet. Further more she officially recused herself before she later unrecused herself (not sure how that was allowed) in order to spike the case and drop all charges. This rat should be fired especially after we learned she "accidentally " sealed the case to help her family friend who also is a criminal who broke the law.

She sounds like a corrupt cancer in the Chicago prosecutor's office.

I've been sort of watching this, and it just seems like a shit show in regards to how the prosecution was handled against Smollett. Appears like a lot of mishandling and pushing aside if how it should have gone. And it just hit me about the bleach part, at first I didn't get why they would allegedly pour bleach on him.

I still don't get it! What's the point of the bleach? I do love the smell of bleach though!

It's been pointed out that if Smollett doesn't pay the $135,000 bill he could be brought up on other charges.

Yeah... that's what I realized a little before I posted. I just thought the bleach was used because it was around at the time.

An interesting tidbit has popped up in the Smollett case.

Chicago PD had multiple warrants for Smollett's phone and it's contents.

FBI Special Agent Greg Wing requested from Chicago PD a copy of Smollett's iCloud account. The CPD handed it over. Agent Wing is the supervisor of the Child Sex Crimes and Violent Crimes Against Children squad in the Chicago Field Office.

My thought involvement didn't go anywhere that deep. I think the only reason I realized that the bleach was supposed to bleach him white is that my mom mentioned using bleach to whiten her back patio. But it did seem a bit too far fetched that someone would think of using bleach in a racist attack. I would think they'd pour paint on the guy instead. But then again, this past and the previous is way more time and energy than I'd even want to use on the idiot.

Well, she had a good point that there were more important cases to take care of.

if I were Jussie I'd cut my losses and lay low for a while. He got over (or so it seems) so why push his luck? Granted who knows what goes through the head of a cowardly scheming irresponsible sociopath? I guess there's no telling how he might play this in the long run.
